We have restored full service to the standalone MFA API endpoints.

Beginning at at 16:00 UTC, users of our standalone MFA API experienced intermittent elevated error rates for approximately 2 hours. MFA through AuthKit was not affected. This issue has been resolved, and we are continuing to monitor.
